Deadline for translation is:
5 days for White paper 
5 days for ANN thread + Bounty thread.

⦁ Translator must be active. Should Translator be no longer active (stops answering questions in the thread), another Moderator shall be hired to update and control the thread.
⦁ Thread Increasing the moderation post count by spam posts, posting false posts or paying other to ask questions in your thread is strictly prohibited.

UTS tokens will be distributed according to your stakes in the Translation pool at the end of the ICO.

⦁ Minimum article length is 500 symbols. Minimum video length is 1 min. 30 sec.
⦁ At least 1 reference to the Utemis.com website is compulsory.
⦁ Publication of content in blogs (Steemit, Medium, Newbium) and on YouTube channels with less than 200 subscribers is forbidden.
⦁ Publications in blogs is accepted only once from each user.
⦁ Blocked, little visited or new resources (less than 3 months online) are not accepted.
⦁ Resources, where content is published, must focus on the following topics: business, ICO, Bitcoin, Blockchain, finances, investments, news, economics and the like.

⦁ Good - 60 stakes
⦁ Usually - 30 stakes

Content will be assessed based on quality, traffic, views and impact.
Actively visited resources and popular websites will earn additional 60 stakes each.
