The spreadsheet is automatically update every day. Manually (spam and bad quality content) - once a week and at the end of the campaign.

• The Signature should be kept until the end of the ICO, removing the signature before that time will result in a disqualification.
• Participant needs to post more than 15 quality posts per week including at least 1 message on the Payportal crowdsale ANN Thread to qualify for the weekly stakes below.
• Must wear the signature at all times.
• Posts must be constructive, on topic and high quality. Spamming, low quality posts, copy-paste and off topic posts will not be counted.
• Only posts made in the "Alternate cryptocurrencies" section (with the exclusion of Marketplace (Altcoins) and its child boards) or in local language channels count. Any bounty post do not count.
• Posts with less than 75 characters will not count as eligible
• Max 30 quality posts per week will be counted
• Using multi-accounts, cheating and spamming are not allowed.
• Users with negative trust are not allowed to join. Having tagged by them during the campaign period will result in no pay-out and removal from the campaign

1: Translation should represent original work, if you use tools such as google translate, automatic translators and so on, your submission will be rejected and blacklisted.
2: For stake counting, only the posts of the OP are counted towards Moderation activity. Translators should be active, if OP becomes inactive, another Moderator will be hired for updating and moderating the thread.
3: Do not make unnecessary multiple posts to increase stake numbers, this will result in the posts not to be counted and a penalty. Increasing post count by making unnecessary posts is not allowed, and these kind of posts will not be counted.
4: Newbies i.e. users with no previous experience of translation will not be accepted. Always ask before beginning translation and post your previous translation work.
5: Translation without reserving is not allowed. We are not responsible to pay to those translations which are done without asking first and approval.
6: If the translator fails to keep the thread active and updated, his/her reward can be reduced by 50% of the actual payment or he/she can be disqualified.
7: Bounty Manager and the PayPortal Team reserve their right to make changes to these terms or apply new ones.
8: After you receive our approval, you have 5 days to complete ANN/One Pager/Website and 10 days to complete our Whitepaper.
9: Languages needed: Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Indonesian, Russian, Turkish, Filipino.
10: ANN translators need to take the responsibility of moderation of their threads by keeping the thread active with translating.

ANN Thread: 100 Stakes
Whitepaper Translation: 500 Stakes
Moderation/Management: 0.5 Stakes per Valid Post in ANN Thread.

Additional translations may be requested by the PayPortal Team during the bounty campaign. These tasks will carry extra stakes.

Research, analytical, and technical implementations and applications are of particular use. We will be releasing proprietary research that you can base your content off of.

• Article must be freely accessible
• Article must be original and contain at least 300 words.
• Article must reflect our information as stated on our website

• Plagiarism will lead to disqualification
• Articles can be shared by us on our Social Media accounts
• Medium, Steemit and other Free Blogs are allowed. But one person can only write 1 Article in one of these (you choose which one you use)
• 3 articles allowed in premium blogs and websites with .com, .net. .org etc domains and well SEO
• The Blog must be relevant and with the audience.
• Blog posts can be in any language if you have more than 300 followers. Otherwise, it should be written in English.

Rules, Terms and Conditions for videos (YouTube):

• Low-Quality Videos are not Accepted.
• Video must be in good resolution.
• Video must be minimum 3 minutes.
• You can only make 1 video maximum.
• Video with less then 100 views will not be accepted.
• In the description of Video you must have one link of ico.payportal.in, one link of whitepaper and one link of your own bitcointalk profile to proof your authorship.
