2. Once approved you will receive a pitch to post in the group/channel.

1. Participants are required to keep the local thread and Telegram groups alive by posting and translating regular updates, news or any important announcements. A single post thread will be rejected.
2. Automatic (Google or similar) translations or translations with low quality will be rejected. 
3. Unnecessary or repeated posts shall be rejected for stake counting

Spread the word with your original content and earn tokens by:
Blogging about Global REIT, 
promoting it in other forums, in your Facebook/LinkedIn group or any other social outlet with a large outreach
creating YouTube videos (including interviews)
30% of the allocation (0.09% of all sold tokens) will be reserved for invite-only VIP content creators. 
Reposting on another (relevant) site will earn an extra 50% of stakes (one repost per article allowed)

4. All articles must contain links to GlobalREIT's website, the Telegram group and the ANN/Bounty threads
5. Videos/articles with fake views will be disqualified
6. Only high quality original content will be accepted. Those producing low quality content, plagiarizing or stealing will be given 0 stakes.
7. Spamming/posting in wrong subforums will not be tolerated. Posts deleted or closed by the forum’s administration will not count.
8. Provide your bitcointalk username and bitcointalk username link with your wallet address to validate your identity as the content creator
9. Blogspot platform is strictly prohibited - no stakes will be given
10. Max 5 articles/videos per user (max 5 for all content).
11. To lessen content stealing, USE ONLY THE ORIGINAL URL LINK OF YOUR ARTICLES/VIDEOS - URL SHORTENER LINKS WILL NOT BE VALID AND AUTOMATICALLY NO STAKES WILL BE GIVEN
12. The blog must be at least 3 months old to be accepted
